Hey everyone, I’m excited to finally share Muscle to Mind. This isn’t just a logo—it’s a platform for footballers to learn how to train smarter, get stronger, and take their game to the next level.
The Backstory
I learned early on that developing the muscle-to-mind connection at a young age is crucial for growth as a footballer. Just look at MLS academies — every one of them has players doing strength and conditioning work in the gym to build that connection.
The problem? There’s a huge gap in the system. Footballers with pro aspirations outside the academy structure are at a massive disadvantage physically. Without proper exposure to S&C, they’re missing the same foundation their academy peers are getting.
